This morning I stumbled upon a John Candy gem from the late 80’s - Who’s Harry Crumb? and in doing so, there was a scene that was very telling of the era.
It was a street scene that showed a car speeding along that was tastefully decorated with a ‘car bra.’ When I saw this, I had 2 reactions - 1) that I have not seen or heard the term car bra in well over 20 years and 2) that I wish I had a time machine to bring me back to 1993 so I could hop out and punch myself in the face as hard as possible for thinking it was a good idea to put one of these on my Ford Probe. While I am at it, I might as well punch myself in the face a second time for driving a Ford Probe.
